Waitlist Privacy Notice

AINCHOR by Cognitain collects the information you submit to the AINCHOR Analytics waitlist. This notice covers the public waitlist, rather than the separate News Book workspace or its connected platform data.

What we collect

We store your email address, signup time, the page you signed up from, and the version of the consent notice you accepted. To limit abusive submissions, we use a hashed network-address identifier and short-lived request counters. Hosting services also process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

We use your email to send AINCHOR launch and early-access announcements. Joining does not create a workspace account, connect a social account, or guarantee access. We do not sell the waitlist.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored in the AINCHOR website’s database, separately from News Book analytics. Authorized operators and the providers that host the website and database can process information as needed to operate these services. The site also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website usage and performance.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry or stop launch emails through our contact page or by contacting hello@ainchor.in. Any launch email will include a way to opt out. We retain your signup while the waitlist is active, unless you ask us to remove it, and review whether it is still needed when the waitlist closes.
